We are looking for an experienced **Dispute Manager** to handle chargebacks and dispute operations for our growing Shopify dropshipping stores. This role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing high dispute volumes within e-commerce.

### ???? **Responsibilities**
* Manage and monitor all Shopify chargebacks and disputes on a daily basis
* Submit and manage evidence using **Disputifier** and/or **
* Contact customers after each chargeback and offer a refund if they agree to withdraw the dispute
* Maintain accurate daily tracking inside a shared sheet and report progress back to management
* Collect and organize order details, tracking proof, and customer communication history
* Follow up on dispute outcomes and ensure proper documentation

### ???? **Requirements**
* Previous experience working as a Dispute Manager for a **dropshipping store**
* Strong knowledge of **Shopify chargebacks**
* Experience with **PayPal**, **Airwallex**, or similar payment providers
* Hands-on experience with **Disputifier** or **
* Proactive mindset — you don’t wait for instructions, you solve problems
* Strong written English for professional customer communication
* Highly organized and consistent with daily reporting
