75% Video Editing | 25% Research & Deal Sourcing | Long-Term Role

Hi — I’m a U.S.-based entrepreneur building multiple brands, including a podcast, short-form content channels, and investment projects (real estate/hospitality).

I’m looking for a highly capable Full-Time Virtual Assistant who can become a long-term right-hand partner.

This role combines:

???? Media production (primary focus)
???? Research & deal sourcing (secondary focus)

?? Role Breakdown

~75% — Video Editing & Content Production
~25% — Research, Lead Generation & Business Support

This will be a stable, full-time position (40 hours/week).

???? MEDIA RESPONSIBILITIES (Primary)

~ Podcast Editing
- Edit full video podcast episodes (audio + video)
- Clean and level audio
- Remove filler words, mistakes, silence
- Multi-track editing when needed
- Add intro/outro, graphics, titles
- Experience with Riverside.fm is a BIG plus

~ Short-Form Content (Reels / TikTok / Shorts)
- Create multiple clips from each episode
- Strong hooks in first 2–3 seconds
- Clean captions/subtitle
- Modern pacing and retention-focused editing
- Basic motion graphics and zooms

~ TikTok Shop Videos
- Product-focused edits
- UGC-style content
- Fast-paced, engaging
- Benefit-driven storytelling
- Native TikTok feel (not corporate)


???? RESEARCH & DEAL SOURCING (Secondary)

~ You will also assist with business tasks such as:
- Investment / Deal Research
- Finding potential real estate opportunities in the experiential hospitality space
- Researching properties or companies
- Organizing opportunities in spreadsheets/CRM
- Gathering contact info for brokers or owners
- Lead Generation & Outreach Support
- Building lists of prospects
- Data entry and organization
- Internet research tasks
- Preparing documents or summaries
- Calendar management

No prior real estate experience required - I will train you.
What matters most is intelligence, attention to detail, and reliability.

- Podcast editing
- Short-form content creation
- Real estate or business research
- Lead generation
- CRM management

???? SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE (Preferred)

- Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- CapCut (for short-form)
- Audio editing tools (Audition, Descript, etc.)
- Google Docs / Sheets
- Basic project management tools
- Riverside.fm experience is a major plus.

???? POSITION DETAILS

Full-Time (30-40 hours/week)
Long-term role (not a short project)
Stable monthly income
Pay based on experience (please include your expected monthly salary)
Strong performance will lead to increased responsibility and pay over time.
