Virtual Assistant – Hotel Research & Outreach (AR / Real Estate Tech)

I run a creative tech studio building “walk-in” previews that let guests step inside hotel rooms on their phone before booking.

I’m looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help with daily outreach.

Your tasks:

Find boutique/luxury hotels in different cities

Identify decision-makers (Marketing Manager or General Manager)

Add leads to a Google Sheet

Send outreach emails using a provided template

Daily requirements:

Add 15 new hotels

Send 15 emails

Work must be completed between 9AM–5PM EST

Requirements:

Strong research skills

Good written English

Organized and detail-oriented

Able to follow instructions exactly

Test Task:
Find 15 boutique hotels in Miami and include:
