Youtube Thumbnail Designer +Short-Form Covers

I'm based in (PST timezone) looking for a thumbnail designer for my short-form content and YouTube channel. This is ongoing weekly work with a consistent schedule. only apply if you can produce any of these types of design ----------

WHAT YOU WILL DESIGN EACH WEEK:
* 5 short-form video cover images (vertical format for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
* 1 YouTube long-form thumbnail (1280 x 720, horizontal)
* Total: 6 thumbnails per week
FOR EACH THUMBNAIL, I WILL SEND YOU:
* 1 to 2 key frame screenshots or photos to use as the base
* The exact text I want on the thumbnail
* A one-line description of the vibe (funny, dramatic, educational, shocking, etc.)
* reference thumbnail I like the style of
YOU D ---------- :

* Colors and background treatment
* Font choice and text placement
* Any additional graphic elements
Over time you will learn my brand style and need less direction fro ---------- .
STYLE GUIDELINES:
Short-form covers:
* Bold and scroll-stopping — must make people tap
* Clear, readable text even at small mobile sizes
* Bright, high-contrast colors
* Clean and uncluttered
YouTube thumbnails:
* Subject cutouts with dynamic, eye-catching backgrounds
* Large expressive facial shots when applicable
* Bold text that is readable at any size
* High-contrast color schemes designed to maximize click-through rate (CTR)
* Style reference: top YouTube creators in lifestyle, travel, and vlog niches
WEEKLY SCHEDULE AND TURNAROUND:
All deadlines are in Manila time.
* Monday (Manila time): I send you the YouTube long-form thumbnail brief
* Tuesday (Manila time): I send you all 5 short-form thumbnail briefs
* Thursday 6 PM Manila time: Deliver ALL 6 thumbnails (YouTube + 5 short-form)
* If I request revisions on Thursday, please deliver the revised versions by Friday 6 PM Manila time
That gives you 3 days for the YouTube thumbnail (Monday to Thursday) and 2 to 3 days for the short-form thumbnails (Tuesday to Thursday). Total workload is approximately 6 to 8 hours per week.
You are free Friday, Saturday, and Sunday every week. Plenty of room for other clients.
DELIVERABLES:
* Export as high-quality PNG
* Keep and share the source files (PSD or canva) via dropbox so I can make small tweaks if needed
TOOLS: Photoshop (preferred), Canva Pro
WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:
* Portfolio showing thumbnail design, social media graphics, or YouTube covers
* Strong understanding of what makes a high-CTR thumbnail — you can explain why your designs work
* Proficient in Photoshop, especially cutouts, compositing, and text effects
* Fast and consistent — 6 thumbnails per week is the baseline
* Good communication in English
* Responsive to revision requests within the same day

This is consistent weekly work, long-term. I pay on time every week via the platform. I provide clear briefs and I am easy to work with.
