Instagram Growth & Engagement Specialist (Organic)

We are hiring an experienced Instagram Growth Specialist to help organically grow a personal brand account from 5,100 followers to 10,000 followers within 30 days. This position focuses strictly on real, organic, and engaging followers — absolutely no bots, fake accounts, or purchased followers.

You must be familiar with the Instagram algorithm and understand how to optimize content, engagement, and posting strategy to achieve fast but authentic growth.

Following relevant pages and actively interacting with similar creators in the niche will be an important part of the strategy. This job includes everything needed to successfully grow the account by approximately 5,000 real followers within one month.

Responsibilities:
Execute an organic growth strategy to reach 10K followers
Daily engagement with target audiences (likes, comments, story replies)
Follow and interact with relevant pages and similar creators
Research and use effective hashtags
Optimize posting times for maximum reach
Assist with posting content when needed
Create or suggest strong cover photos for Reels/posts
Monitor trends and suggest viral content ideas
Ensure all followers gained are real and engaged

Requirements:
Proven experience growing Instagram accounts organically
Strong knowledge of the Instagram algorithm and engagement tactics
Understanding of hashtags, posting timing, and audience targeting
Ability to communicate in English
Reliable daily activity and consistency


Goal:
Grow the account from 5,100 to 10,000 followers within 30 days using organic methods only.

Payment:
$60 total payment upon successful completion of the goal within 30 days
Followers must be real, active, and organically obtained (not purchased)
