Brand & Content Operator (Design + Copy + Execution)

I’m hiring one strong content operator to help run a growing healthcare social media operation.

This is NOT an entry-level VA role.
I need someone who can execute at a high level without constant supervision.

You must be able to:

Create clean brand guidelines (fonts, colors, layout structure)

Design modern, professional social posts

Edit short-form videos

Write strong captions (AI-assisted is fine)

Schedule content and hit deadlines consistently

Requirements:

Strong design portfolio (real client work)

Excellent written English

Experience building brand systems

Comfortable using AI tools

Self-sufficient with your own design/editing software

Available during US EST or PST hours

Detail-oriented and reliable

Compensation:

Starting at $6/hour

15–25 hours per week to start

Opportunity to go full-time

Rate increase based on performance
