JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing national financial services agency looking for a data-driven Recruiting Systems Specialist to build and scale our candidate acquisition engine across multiple job platforms.

This is not a basic VA role.

You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing job board listings (especially Indeed), optimizing performance metrics, and building automation workflows that increase booking rates and reduce no-shows.

If you think in systems, understand funnels, and track KPIs daily — this is for you.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Creating and optimizing job listings on Indeed and other platforms
* Managing sponsored job campaigns and budgets
* A/B testing job titles and descriptions
* Monitoring applicant flow daily
* Implementing speed-to-lead response systems
* Managing CRM follow-up automation (GoHighLevel or similar)
* Tracking and reporting:
- Cost per applicant
- Cost per interview
- Cost per hire
- Cost per RTW
* Refreshing and reposting listings strategically
* Identifying new traffic sources

Success Metrics
You will be measured on:

* Applicant volume
* Booking percentage
* Cost per qualified candidate
* Cost per RTW
* Funnel conversion improvements

This is a performance-driven role.

Qualifications
* Experience posting and managing jobs on Indeed (required)
* Familiar with job board optimization
* Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho, GHL, HubSpot, etc.)
* Strong understanding of recruiting funnels
* Data-driven mindset
* Excellent written communication
* Organized and proactive

Bonus:
* Experience in sales recruiting
* Experience managing sponsored job budgets
* Automation workflow building experience

Compensation
* $800–$1,500/month (based on experience)
* Performance bonus tied to cost-per-RTW targets
