Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant – Michigan Home Services

We are a Michigan-based basement waterproofing and foundation repair company seeking a long-term Virtual Assistant for lead generation and appointment setting.

This is NOT a marketing strategy role. This is an execution role.

Your Responsibilities:

Build daily lead lists (Realtors, Contractors, HOAs, Property Managers)

Scrape contact information from public sources

Send cold emails using provided scripts

Post in Facebook homeowner groups

Respond to messages

Schedule appointments

Track all leads in Google Sheets

Manage follow-ups

Requirements:

Strong written English

Experience with lead generation and outreach

Comfortable sending 150+ emails per day

Familiar with Google Sheets

Organized and reliable

Available 8am–4pm EST

Preferred Experience:

Real estate VA

Home services (roofing, plumbing, HVAC, foundation)

Appointment setting

Compensation:

$4.50–$6.00/hour to start
Performance bonuses for booked appointments
