JOB OVERVIEW

Remote | Philippines-Based | Full-Time | U.S. Company

We are a U.S.-based organization entering a new growth phase and seeking a full-time Brand & Visual Identity Designer to help shape and elevate our brand direction.

This is not a basic graphic design role.

We are looking for someone who understands how visuals influence decision-making, how design positions authority, and how brand identity impacts perception.

You will help rebrand sales materials, refine visual identity, and support ongoing brand marketing initiatives.

What This Role Is

• Brand positioning through design
• Sales deck redesign with emotional intelligence
• Strategic image selection
• Visual storytelling
• Building consistency across all brand assets
• Supporting long-term brand direction

What This Role Is NOT

• Basic Canva editing
• Logo-only design
• Order-taking without strategic thinking
• Template recycling

We need someone who understands WHY certain visuals work and how design influences trust, credibility, and action.

Responsibilities

• Redesign and elevate sales presentations
• Develop brand identity consistency across materials
• Select and position images strategically
• Create marketing assets aligned with positioning goals
• Collaborate on visual direction for new initiatives
• Maintain brand cohesion across platforms
• Provide creative input on visual strategy

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity work
• Understanding of emotional design and buyer psychology
• Experience creating high-impact sales decks
• Ability to explain design decisions logically
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable internet connection
• Professional home office setup

Work Structure

• Full-time, long-term position
• Initial overlap required with U.S. Eastern Time
• Hybrid flexibility once working relationship is established
• Collaboration during U.S. business hours as needed

Design work may be completed during your preferred creative hours, provided deadlines and collaboration needs are met.
