JOB OVERVIEW

Remote | Philippines-Based | Full-Time | U.S. Company

We are a U.S.-based transportation organization seeking a confident, phone-driven B2B Appointment Setter to contact medical offices and secure meetings with decision makers.

This role is focused on outbound calling to doctor’s offices, navigating gatekeepers, and booking qualified appointments for leadership.

You will not be closing deals.
Your responsibility is to open doors and generate meetings.

If you are persuasive, confident on the phone, and comfortable handling objections, this role may be a strong fit.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to medical offices daily
• Speak with receptionists and navigate to decision makers
• Secure meetings with office managers, administrators, or practice owners
• Handle common objections professionally
• Track call activity and follow-ups
• Maintain CRM updates and appointment scheduling
• Follow structured scripts while adapting naturally

What We Are Looking For

• Excellent spoken English
• Strong phone presence and confidence
• Experience in outbound sales or appointment setting
• Ability to handle rejection without losing ---------- ntum
• Comfortable calling healthcare offices
• Organized and consistent with follow-ups
• Disciplined and goal-oriented

Requirements

• Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
• Quiet home office setup
• Professional headset and camera
• Must be willing and able to work full U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours
• Must attend scheduled video meetings

Work Schedule (Non-Negotiable)

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time
• Full availability during U.S. EST business hours required
