About Us

Scope Genius is a growing U.S. insurance estimating company serving water mitigation, reconstruction, and roofing contractors nationwide. We help contractors win more insurance claim approvals through professional Xactimate estimates and documentation.

We are scaling and need a results-driven ads specialist to generate qualified contractor leads through Facebook and Instagram.

Your Role
• Plan and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
• Generate qualified leads (not just engagement)
• Target U.S. contractors (mitigation, roofing, reconstruction)
• Optimize campaigns for cost per lead
• Provide weekly performance reports

We are not looking for someone to “boost posts.”
We want someone who understands funnels, targeting, and ROI.

Requirements
• 2–5 years experience running paid ad campaigns
• Proven lead generation results
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager
• Experience with retargeting and lookalike audiences
• Strong English communication skills
• Data-driven and results-oriented
