Organic Facebook Growth & AI Content Specialist

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic AI-powered Social Media Growth Manager to grow our Facebook fan page organically.

This role is focused on increasing reach, engagement, and monetization using smart content strategy and AI tools.

We are building a music brand and need someone who understands viral content, short-form video, and Facebook’s algorithm.

???? Responsibilities:

Create and schedule daily Facebook posts (Reels, posts, captions)

Repurpose music content into viral short clips

Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut, etc.) to create engaging content

Write high-engagement captions with strong hooks

Optimize posts for organic reach

Track analytics weekly and improve strategy

Help grow followers naturally (no bots)

Assist in preparing page for monetization (Stars, In-Stream Ads, etc.)

???? Requirements:

Proven experience growing Facebook pages organically

Strong understanding of Facebook Reels strategy

Experience using AI content tools

Creative mindset

Good English communication

Must provide examples of pages you have grown

???? Hours & Pay:

Part-time (10–20 hours per week)

$5/ hour, depending on experience
