Seeking VA for Entertainment Industry

AI LEAD DATA AND RESEARCH

We're a US-based company looking for someone to help with lead research, data cleaning, and outreach automation.

This is not a generic VA role. You'll be working with real datasets, scraping tools, and AI to build targeted outreach lists for research across multiple countries.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Cleaning and validating large contact databases (thousands of rows)
- Using scraping tools (Apify) to pull profile data and emails
- Running email verification and enrichment ( ---------- )
- Setting up and managing cold email campaigns in Instantly
- Light automation with Zapier
- Using Claude AI to assist with data processing
- Researching journalists, podcasters, and influencers to determine if they're active and relevant targets
- Organizing messy spreadsheets into clean, actionable formats

TOOLS YOU SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE WITH

- Google Sheets (advanced, not just basics)
- Apify or similar scraping platforms
- Instantly or similar cold email tools
- ---------- or similar email finding tools
- Claude AI
- Zapier (basic automations)

If you haven't used all of these but are a fast learner and comfortable with tech, that's fine. Willingness to figure things out matters more than checking every box.


REQUIREMENTS

- Strong attention to detail
- Can follow written instructions precisely
- Comfortable making judgment calls (is this person relevant or not, is this data junk or useful)
- Reliable, communicates clearly, doesn't disappear
- Available at least 4-6 hours/day
