Main tasks:
- Lead generation for buyers and sellers
- CRM management and follow-up support
- Data entry and list building
- Social media posting
- Video editing for YouTube

Requirements:
- Excellent English
- Real estate experience preferred
- Detail-oriented
- Fast learner
- Available during U.S. business hours (part-time to start)
