This is NOT just graphic design.
We need someone who understands direct response marketing and creates visuals that SELL.

Your Role:

Create high-converting static ad creatives for Facebook & Instagram

Turn product benefits into scroll-stopping visuals

Test hooks, pain points & problem-solution angles

Deliver creatives fast (24–72h turnaround)

Requirements:

Proven experience with e-commerce ad creatives

Strong portfolio (especially Facebook ads)

Understands CTR & conversion-focused design

Fluent English

Reliable & responsive
