Advanced Graphic Designer – Premium Property Media Brand

We’re building a luxury-focused real estate and construction media company and need an advanced graphic designer to support high-end brand and marketing assets.

This is not template work.

You must understand:

Premium / minimalist design

Strong typography (clean, editorial layouts)

Brand systems (not random posts)

Texture, depth, subtle grain, luxury palettes

Social creatives that feel like campaigns — not Canva

You’ll be designing:

High-end social ads

Brand assets & layouts

Price lists & pitch decks

Campaign visuals

Authority-style content graphics

Required:

Strong portfolio (luxury, editorial, or fashion-style work preferred)

Fluent in Photoshop / Illustrator (Figma a bonus)

Detail obsessed

Fast communication

Able to follow creative direction precisely

Bonus if you understand real estate marketing and premium positioning.
