Sporticulture is a licensed NFL and professional sports product company selling on Amazon, Fanatics, and through wholesale channels.
We are currently hiring multiple tea
This role is focused on screening, organizing, ranking applicants and possibly doing pre-liminary interviews.
You will not make final hiring decisions, but you will manage the process and present top candidates.
Responsibilities:
Post job listings on multiple platforms
Screen resumes and portfolios
Access video interviews and evaluate spoken English and communication ability
Summarize candidates using AI tools
Rank applicants using a structured scoring system
Organize hiring pipeline
Coordinate test projects
Help improve and document our hiring process
Requirements:
Strong spoken and written English
Confident speaking on Zoom
Highly organized
Detail-oriented
Comfortable using AI tools
Able to work independently
Reliable internet connection
Schedule:
Part-time flexible (10–20+ hours per week during active hiring periods) There will be many weeks we are not hiring and their won't be any hours unless you fit into another role outside of hiring. Up front we will be making quite a few hires so could be 20-40 hours for the first couple months.
Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience
(Typically range: $4–$6/hour starting)
Performance bonuses available for successful hires.
