Direct Response Ad Designer - $100k/month DTC Brand (BIG Growth Opportunity)

We're a DTC brand doing $100k/month selling to parents of youth athletes. I need someone who understands DIRECT RESPONSE static ads for Meta - not pretty social content.

What This Role Actually Is:
You'll produce high-volume static ad concepts for Meta using AI tools. These are DIRECT RESPONSE ads - ugly works if it converts. We test volume, not perfection.
Month 1-2:

I give you briefs: target avatar, pain point, angle, hook structure
-You generate 15-20 static ad concepts per week using AI tools (Higgsfield, Ideogram, etc.)
-3-5 variations per concept testing different hooks/visuals
-24-48 hour turnaround

These go straight into Meta testing

Month 3+:

Analyze what's performing
Suggest new angles based on winners
Eventually write your own briefs

What I'm Actually Looking For:
? You understand DIRECT RESPONSE ads (not brand awareness, not aesthetic content)
? You know the difference between a scroll-stopping hook and generic copy
? You've seen/studied/created Meta static ads before (screenshot ads, UGC-style, testimonial formats, problem-solution layouts)
? You can use AI image generation tools to produce ad concepts fast
? You understand that "ugly but effective" beats "pretty but doesn't convert"

NOT Looking For:
? Graphic designers who prioritize aesthetics
? Social media managers who do brand content
? People who've never seen a direct response ad
? Anyone who needs 3 days to produce one "perfect" concept

The Type of Ads We're Talking About:

Think:
-Screenshot-style ads (Twitter threads, text messages, forum posts)
-Before/after comparison layouts
-Testimonial-heavy static images
-Problem-focused visuals with benefit-driven copy
-UGC-style static frames
-NOT polished brand photography or aesthetic grid content

Requirements:
1) Show your work: Link to 3-5 direct response ads you've created OR screenshots of Meta ads you've studied with your analysis of why they work
2) Experience with Meta ads (even if just studying Ad Library obsessively)
3) Can use AI image tools OR learn them fast
4) Strong direct response copywriting (hooks, pain points, CTAs)
5) 15-20 hours/week
6) Available to start within 1 week

Compensation:
