Role
We’re looking for a Video Editor who can turn real project footage into trust-building content that attracts qualified leads.
Primairy goal is organic content to create marketplace trust and authority .
Secondary goal is to eventually convert successful organic content into ad campaigns.


Responsibilities
Create and manage Instagram + Facebook content (Reels + posts)

Turn project documentation into clear story-driven content

Maintain consistent posting (approx 1-3 pieces of content per day)

Write strong hooks, captions, and calls-to-action

Organize content into repeatable series (before ? process ? reveal)

Track performance and improve results over time
