We're a eco-friendly cleaning brand launching a line of ready-to-use cleaning sprays that are safe for families, kids, and the planet. We're building a passionate, results-driven team and looking for a creative content specialist who will grow with us. This isn't just a freelance gig — we want someone who becomes a real part of our team and takes ownership of the work they produce.
The Role
We're looking for an AI Ad Content Creator who can produce scroll-stopping advertising content (images and video) for our cleaning products — primarily using AI tools. Your work will be used across paid social channels
What you'll be doing:
Creating high-converting ad creatives (static images and short-form video) using AI generation tools
Producing AI UGC-style content that feels natural and authentic — not robotic or stock-like
Brainstorming and executing creative concepts that connect emotionally with our target audience (health-conscious parents, families, eco-aware consumers)
Studying competitor ads, market trends, and winning creative angles to continuously improve performance
Iterating on creatives based on ad performance data and feedback
Collaborating closely with the rest of the team on campaign strategy
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
Proven experience creating AI-generated ad content (images and/or video) that looks realistic and human
Familiarity with AI content creation tools such as Higgsfield.ai, HeyGen, Synthesia, Midjourney, RunwayML, Kling, Pika, or similar — we don't care which tools you use, as long as the output is excellent
A basic understanding of direct-response marketing and what drives people to click, engage, and buy
Strong creative instincts — you understand what makes an ad perform, not just what makes it look pretty
Ability to work independently and bring your own ideas to the table
Reliable, communicative, and genuinely excited to be part of a growing brand
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in the health, wellness, or eco-friendly product space
Understanding of
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
Experience analyzing ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, hook rate, etc.)

Compensation
Starting rate: ?25,000–?29,000/month (depending on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, flexible hours
Bonus: Performance-based KPI bonuses to be introduced after onboarding
Growth: Room to grow into a lead creative role as the brand scales
