Video Editor for American Real State Faceless Youtube Channel

We're hiring for BLACKBOX CHANNELS, a YouTube media company managing multiple faceless channels.

We're currently looking for talented Video Editors to produce engaging long-form content.

Finding footage and images to match the voiceover and then creating complete videos. You must have experience in video editing and also skills in being able to find suitable b-roll and footages to match narration. Longform video experience needed.

English is important for communication and to understand the voiceover.

Responsibilities:
• Work with scripts, voiceover, stock footage, graphics, music, and sound effects to create polished final products
• Adapt editing style to match different channel tones and pacing requirements
• Meet deadlines consistently and maintain high-quality output
• Follow channel-specific guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures
• Videos are 25/35 minutes long

Requirements (Flexible):
• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
• Strong understanding of pacing, transitions, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work with different content types and adapt editing styles accordingly
• Knowledge of material research, audio mixing, and motion graphics is a plus
• Understanding of YouTube content structure and viewer retention strategies
• Reliable, organized, and able to follow detailed briefs and guidelines
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the role
• Previous YouTube editing experience is a plus but not required

Budget: $400/month, depending on skill level, availability, and output quality.

Payment:
Base pay: $300–$450 per month
Increases based on channel growth and performance
Higher output = higher pay: The more videos you can deliver, the more you earn
