JOB OVERVIEW

Here is a stronger, more structured, and more premium version of your job post — positioned to attract higher-level candidates while still being clear and performance-focused:

Shopify Theme Developer / Designer (Full-Time, Long-Term)
About Us
We are a fast-scaling e-commerce group operating 40+ Shopify fashion stores across multiple international markets (EU & beyond).
Our focus is clear:
Clean. Premium. Conversion-driven. Scalable.
We don’t build one-off hobby stores.
We build systems — and we improve them continuously.
We are now looking for a full-time Shopify Theme Developer / Designer who can take ownership of theme development, store redesigns, and structural improvements across a large portfolio of fashion dropshipping stores.
This role is for someone who understands both:

Code
Design logic
Conversion structure
And can combine them into high-performing Shopify stores.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
You will work across multiple stores and projects simultaneously.
Your responsibilities include:
Developing and customizing Shopify themes (from scratch and from existing themes)
Deep customization of third-party themes (ThemeForest, Shopify Theme Store, custom builds)
Full store redesigns and structural revamps
Improving UX, layout flow, product pages, and conversion elements
Creating reusable sections and scalable theme structures
Maintaining consistency across dozens of stores
Ensuring mobile-first optimization
Following internal SOPs and collaborating with our operations team
This is a high-output environment with continuous store improvements.

What We Expect (Non-Negotiable)
Strong Shopify experience (minimum 3+ years preferred)
Proven experience with Shopify theme development
Advanced understanding of Shopify Liquid
Strong HTML & CSS knowledge
Experience modifying themes deeply (not just drag-and-drop edits)
Clear understanding of UX/UI principles for e-commerce
Strong eye for spacing, hierarchy, typography, and layout balance
Ability to work on multiple stores at once without losing consistency
Detail-oriented and structured
You should understand how fashion stores are supposed to feel:
Minimal. Clean. Premium. Logical.

Big Advantage If You Also Have
Experience with fashion dropshipping stores
Experience working with high-SKU catalogs
Understanding of Google Merchant Center compliance layouts
Experience building internal theme systems or reusable blocks
Experience standardizing themes across multiple domains

What You Get
Full-time, long-term position
Work across a large portfolio of real revenue-generating stores
High-volume projects ? fast skill growth
Direct impact on store performance
Clear room to grow into a Lead Theme Developer / Design role
Stable workload with long-term vision
This is not a freelance side project.
This is a serious long-term position.

How To Apply
Please include:
A short introduction about yourself
Your Shopify experience (years + types of projects)
Examples of Shopify stores you have built or redesigned
Themes you have customized (with links if possible)
Brief explanation of your role in those projects
If you truly understand Shopify theme architecture, design structure, and how fashion e-commerce should look and convert — we want to see your work.
