Full-Time PHP Developer

Looking to hire a full-time back-end developer, mainly specializing in LAMP sites. Expertise in CakePHP, CodeIgniter a huge plus. Will work closely with me (project manager) on a variety of projects at a time. Must have good communication skills - not necessarily perfect English required but must communicate well and often. Other useful skills include AJAX, JSON, Google APIs, MySQL.
