About Us:
We are a growing digital agency based in Europe specializing in web development, SEO, and AI-powered content. We're looking for a creative, tech-savvy team member to join us full-time and help us build and manage AI-generated influencer profiles and produce engaging video content.

What You'll Be Doing:
You will be responsible for creating and managing AI-generated influencer personas across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). This includes generating AI images and videos using tools like Midjourney, Runway, HeyGen, Kling, or similar platforms. You will also handle video editing — cutting, transitions, effects, captions, and formatting content for short-form platforms. On top of that, you'll assist with light administrative tasks such as scheduling, file organization, and basic communication support.

What We're Looking For:
Experience or strong interest in AI content generation tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, HeyGen, etc.). Basic to intermediate video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar). Creative eye for social media trends and aesthetics. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Good English communication skills. Willingness to learn fast — we'll train the right person on our specific workflows.

Nice to Have:
Experience managing social media accounts. Familiarity with AI voice generation tools. Understanding of TikTok/Instagram Reels trends and algorithms.
