JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based video production and media digitization company serving small businesses and professional service firms. We’ve been in business for over 20 years and are focused on steady, long-term growth. We’re looking for a reliable, data-driven virtual tea ---------- mber who can help us improve our Google Ads performance and strengthen our SEO.
This is a long-term opportunity for the right person.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
1. Google Ads (Primary Focus)
• Manage and optimize existing and Google Ads campaigns (Search, possibly Performance Max)
• Improve cost per lead and conversion rates
• Conduct keyword research and negative keyword management
• Write and test ad copy
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking (GA4, Tag Manager preferred)
• Provide weekly performance summaries with clear recommendations
• Continuously test and improve campaigns
• We want someone who understands ROI, not just clicks.

2. SEO (Ongoing Optimization)
• On-page SEO improvements (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking)
• Keyword research for service pages and blog content
• Technical SEO recommendations
• Improve local SEO performance (Google Business Profile optimization is a plus)
• Backlink strategy guidance
• Monitor rankings and report progress monthly
• We are not looking for spammy backlink tactics. We want sustainable, white-hat growth.

3. Video Editing (Optional / Bonus Skill)
Since Google Ads and SEO may not require 40 hours per week every month, video editing skills are a major plus.
If you have experience with:
• Short-form social media edits (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
• Talking-head videos
• Adding captions and basic motion graphics
• Repurposing long-form content into short clips
That would help fill additional hours and increase your role within our company.

Requirements
• Proven experience managing Google Ads with measurable results
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Strong analytical thinking
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and make recommendations
• Reliable internet connection
• Available for at least some overlap with U.S. Eastern Time

Preferred (But Not Required)
• Experience in service-based businesses
• Experience with local SEO
• Experience using:
o GA4
o Google Tag Manager
o WordPress & Divi
o Meta Ads
o Adobe Premiere or similar editing software

Hours & Compensation
• 20–40 hours per week depending on skillset
• Long-term position
• Pay based on experience and results
