Ecommerce VSL Video Editor with experience

We are looking for someone for long-term cooperation who is experienced in editing VSLs with medical animations.
The videos include product and mid-section B-roll. Sourcing the required footage is also part of the role.
If you can start immediately, we can pay per day during the first week.
After that, payment can be weekly or monthly.

Tasks
1. 3–10 batches (videos) per week, depending on your capacity
2. Sourcing B-roll and high-quality hooks
3. Generating AI animations (training provided)

Payment:
This role offers a predictable monthly income based on batch-based video editing, with clear pricing, a consistent workload, and scalability depending on availability and performance.

Current payment per video / batch:

Short-Form (up to 60 sec.): $18
Mid-Form (1:00 – 1:59 min.): $21
VSL 2 Min (2:00 – 2:59 min.): $24
VSL 3 Min (3:00 – 3:59 min.): $27
VSL 4 Min (4:00 – 4:59 min.): $30
VSL 5 Min (5:00 – 5:59 min.): $33
VSL 6 Min (6:00 – 6:59 min.): $36

Example – Per Week
Minimum: 5 batches × 3-minute videos ($27) = $135
Maximum: 10 batches × 6-minute videos ($36) = $360

Per Month ( 4 weeks)
Minimum: $135 × 4 = $540
Maximum: $360 × 4 = $1,440
