Role Summary
We are looking for a highly organized Client Success & Onboarding Coordinator to manage client onboarding, communication, and follow-ups.
This role is about coordination, responsiveness, and keeping clients on track.
You are the bridge between the client and our technical team.
If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and good at communication, this role fits you.
Key Responsibilities
• Run onboarding calls with new clients
• Ensure onboarding forms are completed
• Collect required A2P and business verification info
• Help clients purchase numbers and complete verification
• Create and manage WhatsApp client groups
• Follow up with clients who are slow to respond
• Coordinate with tech team to move setups forward
• Keep client tracker updated
• Ensure deadlines are met
• Answer basic client questions
• Schedule check-in and review calls
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone with clients
