We need a Technical Workflow Architect who can think in logic, not just click buttons. You will be responsible for connecting our "Brain" (AI) to our "Hands" (

The Files: Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Gmail) – Must know how to manipulate folder structures and templates.
The Money: QuickBooks Online – Must understand Customer/Invoice creation via API.
The Brain: OpenAI (GPT-4) or Google Gemini API – Experience prompting AI within automation is a HUGE plus.
What You Will Build (Examples)
The "AI Project Manager": A system where we label a Gmail thread, and

The "Auto-Invoicer": A workflow that watches for a "Project Complete" status in Monday and drafts a QuickBooks invoice with the correct line items.
Responsibilities
Design & Build: create complex
Debug: Troubleshoot error logs (400/500 errors) and fix "Bundle" issues.
Optimize: Reduce operation usage by using Webhooks and Data Stores instead of constant polling.
Document: Create Loom videos explaining how your workflows operate so our team can understand them.
Requirements
Proven Experience: You can show us complex
API Knowledge: You understand what a JSON payload is and how to parse it.
Communication: You speak clear English and can explain technical concepts to non-technical people.
Attention to Detail: You test your work. You don't deliver broken scenarios.
