JOB OVERVIEW

The Mission
We are a forward-thinking company looking to automate our entire "Quote-to-Cash" pipeline. We don't just want simple automations; we are building an AI Agent using Gemini/OpenAI that reads emails, understands context, and drives our project management automatically.

We need a Technical Workflow Architect who can think in logic, not just click buttons. You will be responsible for connecting our "Brain" (AI) to our "Hands" ( ---------- & Google Workspace) and our "Wallet" (QuickBooks Online).

Our Tech Stack (You Must Be Expert in These)
The Logic: ---------- (formerly Integromat) – Must know Iterators, Aggregators, JSON parsing, and Error Handling.

The OS: ---------- – Must know Board structures, Webhooks, and column mapping.

The Files: Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Gmail) – Must know how to manipulate folder structures and templates.

The Money: QuickBooks Online – Must understand Customer/Invoice creation via API.

The Brain: OpenAI (GPT-4) or Google Gemini API – Experience prompting AI within automation is a HUGE plus.

What You Will Build (Examples)
The "AI Project Manager": A system where we label a Gmail thread, and ---------- scrapes the entire email history (attachments + text), summarizes it using Gemini, and creates a project in ---------- with all files organized in Drive.

The "Gatekeeper": A validation system that checks if an email sender exists in our Monday CRM before triggering expensive AI automations.

The "Auto-Invoicer": A workflow that watches for a "Project Complete" status in Monday and drafts a QuickBooks invoice with the correct line items.

Responsibilities
Design & Build: create complex ---------- scenarios from scratch using Blueprints.

Debug: Troubleshoot error logs (400/500 errors) and fix "Bundle" issues.

Optimize: Reduce operation usage by using Webhooks and Data Stores instead of constant polling.

Document: Create Loom videos explaining how your workflows operate so our team can understand them.

Requirements
Proven Experience: You can show us complex ---------- scenarios you have built (screenshots required).

API Knowledge: You understand what a JSON payload is and how to parse it.

Communication: You speak clear English and can explain technical concepts to non-technical people.

Attention to Detail: You test your work. You don't deliver broken scenarios.

How to Apply (Read Carefully)
To apply, please send a message with the subject line: "I am your Architect". In your message, please answer these three questions:

Explain the difference between an Iterator and an Array Aggregator in ---------- .

Have you ever connected QuickBooks Online to ---------- ? If yes, what was the hardest part?

Include a screenshot or Loom video of the most complex automation you have built.
