About Us:
We are an international premium Custom LED Neon brand serving clients across Europe and beyond.

We design and produce high-end, fully customized Neon Signs for businesses, gyms, restaurants, retail stores, influencers, events, and brands.

This is NOT a typical VA role. We are building a serious international sales team focused on performance and scale.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are searching for a commercially strong, high-performance Sales Closer who:
• Speaks fluent German (C1/C2 level)
• Speaks excellent English (professional level required)
• Experience with Neon Signs or custom signage
• Has proven sales experience
• Is confident closing custom or premium products
• Understands negotiation and follow-up psychology
• Is highly disciplined and KPI-driven
• Wants income based on performance — not just salary

Experience with Neon Signs, signage, or custom-made products is a strong advantage.

Your Responsibilities, you will:
• Follow up on warm inbound leads (no cold calling)
• Communicate with clients in German & English
• Create and send quotations
• Negotiate and close deals
• Upsell premium options
• Maintain structured follow-ups
• Hit monthly revenue targets

This role is about closing and revenue ownership.

Compensation Structure:
- Base Salary: $600 per month
- Performance-Based Commission (Monthly Revenue):
• $50,000 – $100,000 ? 1%
• $100,000 – $150,000 ? 1.5%
• $150,000+ ? 1.8%
- Commission is uncapped. The more you sell, the more you earn.
