Dropshipping Creative Designer

We’re an eCommerce dropshipping store running paid ads daily and we’re looking for a Creative Designer to produce high-converting ad creatives.

You’ll be working closely with us:
???? We give you clear ideas, angles, and Canva templates
???? You turn them into scroll-stopping ads
???? You’re also encouraged to bring new creative ideas to the table

What You’ll Be Doing
• Creating ad creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Turning concepts, angles, and hooks into:
• Static image ads
• Short video ads (AI-generated or edited)
• Using AI tools (image/video generation, AI models, etc.)
• Designing and editing ads mainly in Canva
• Testing new creative ideas, formats, and angles for dropshipping
• Iterating creatives based on feedback and performance

Must-Have Skills
• Experience creating dropshipping ad creatives
• Strong Canva skills (this is essential)
• Experience using AI tools for ad creation (images and/or videos)
• Understanding of what makes ads convert (hooks, visuals, emotion, clarity)
• Ability to follow creative direction and think creatively on your own

Nice to Have (Big Plus)
• Experience with Meta ads creatives specifically
• Understanding of TOFU / MOFU / BOFU style creatives
• Ability to spot trends and winning ad formats
• Basic video editing skills (even inside Canva is fine)

Time & Pay
• ~3 hours per day
• 7 days per week
• $4/hour
• Long-term position for the right person
• More work, responsibility, and pay increases as results improve
