Virtual Assistant (Kajabi & Creative Marketing Specialist)

Hours: Part-Time (Flexible Philippines daytime hours, with occasional PST check-ins)

Pay: $5-6 USD per hour, depending on experience



The Role

I am looking for a tech-savvy, creative, and highly organized Virtual Assistant to join the team! This role is perfect for someone who loves the intersection of digital marketing and technical systems. You will be the "behind-the-scenes" engine helping to turn ideas into beautiful landing pages and engaging social media content.



The Schedule

I value your work-life balance. You are free to work during your local Philippines daytime hours. However, you must be available for occasional check-in meetings scheduled during PST morning/afternoon (usually late evening/early morning for you). We will coordinate these in advance!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Kajabi Management: Building/updating landing pages, managing funnels, and course back-ends.

• Video Editing: Creating high-energy, engaging Instagram Reels and short-form video.

• Graphic Design: Using Canva to create branded assets for Celestial Sibyl.

• Tech Support: Helping me streamline the "tech stack" as the business grows.



The Requirements

• Detail-Oriented: You notice the small things. If a link is broken or a font is off-brand, you catch it before I do.

• Language: Excellent written and spoken English.

• Experience: Proven experience with Kajabi and Canva is a must.
