We’re looking for a self driven GoHighLevel (GHL) admin who doesn’t just “run” the platform—they *weaponize* it. If you live in the backend, think in funnels, automate everything that can be automated, and naturally engineer high converting systems without waiting to be told what to do, this is your spot.

You’ll be responsible for growing our GoHighLevel license as its own profit center—an entire money making department inside the agency. You’ll:
- Build, scale, and optimize full stack client systems: funnels, automations, text/email campaigns, SMS, calendars, and business workflows.
- Architect GoHighLevel stacks that close leads, reduce friction, and increase LTV for local service businesses.
- Use your own creativity—not canned templates—to design unique, high performance campaigns that actually sell.
- Audit, streamline, and systemize existing client setups so we can clone what works across clients.
- Work with minimal oversight: you’ll be trusted to steer the ship, make decisions, and own the results.

### **What We’re Looking For**
- Proven, hands on experience as a **GoHighLevel admin, operator, or systems architect**.
- Deep understanding of funnel psychology and how backend systems drive frontend sales.
- You don’t wait for a “brief” or “creative brief”—you *are* the creative and the architect.
- Strong organizational sense and ability to document systems so others can scale them.
- Comfortable working asynchronously with minimal micromanagement.
- Bonus if you have experience with:
- Local service businesses (HVAC, roofing, solar, contractors, etc.)
- White label agency setups
- Lead gen funnels, SMS nurturing, and calendar based conversion workflows.
