Scriptwriter

Hi! We're JEO MEDIA and we run multiple YouTube channels about animal rescue stories and heroic pets. Our videos get hundreds of thousands of views, and we need a dedicated full-time scriptwriter to help us keep growing.

This is a long-term position. If you do well, you'll grow with us.

You will be writing scripts for short-form videos that are 30 seconds to 1 minute long. You must have experience writing short, punchy, emotional scripts. Every single word matters — you need to know how to craft powerful hooks that grab attention immediately, keep the pacing tight, and hold viewers until the very end.

Please review the Google Docs link below. It contains samples of our existing scripts that have generated millions of views. Study them carefully to understand our exact style — the tone, the emotion, the pacing, the word choices, and how everything is built to keep viewers watching.

YOUR DAILY TASKS:
- Write 5 scripts per day (you'll scale up to 10/day over time)
- Use simple, emotional English — like you're telling a friend a story
- Submit scripts on time every day via Google Docs to a provided Google Drive
- Communicate with the team through ----------


REQUIREMENTS:

- Excellent English writing skills (grammar, spelling, natural flow)
- Experience writing scripts or stories is preferred
- Comfortable using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to speed up your workflow
- Can follow instructions properly
- Reliable, honest, and can meet daily deadlines
- Has a stable internet connection


HOW THE WORK SYSTEM WORKS:

This is a goal-based system, NOT an hourly system. You have a set number of scripts to complete each day (5 scripts at the start). Once your scripts are done and approved, you are done for the day. What matters is that the work is completed and the quality is good.


PAY STRUCTURE:

- Starting Pay: $600/month — 5 scripts per day
- After proving yourself and staying consistent: $1,400/month — 10 scripts per day

Bonus: Any script that leads to a video hitting 1 million views earns you a $10 bonus on top of your regular pay.

Weekly payment for the first Month and then monthly payment afterward.


TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE:

2. Provide samples of relevant work — share 2-3 samples of previous short-form videos which you've written scripts for.

3. Test sample (for finalists) — I'll select a few applicants and then request a test script sample. Full details of the test will be sent to you once you are selected.
