JOB OVERVIEW

Company: Pioneers Veneers

We are looking for a highly experienced GoHighLevel expert who can build, optimize, and manage our CRM and automation systems at an advanced level.

This is not a beginner position. You must understand sales pipelines, automation logic, reporting dashboards, and how CRM structure directly impacts revenue.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for designing and maintaining the entire GoHighLevel infrastructure including workflows, pipelines, reporting dashboards, automations, integrations, and performance tracking.

Your goal is simple:
Build systems that increase conversions, reduce manual work, and give leadership full visibility over sales performance.

Core Responsibilities

CRM & Pipeline Architecture

Build and optimize multi-stage sales pipelines

Structure opportunities for inbound, outbound, payment plans, follow-up, and customer service

Ensure proper ownership assignment and round-robin logic

Create structured tags, custom fields, and segmentation logic

Workflow Automations

Create advanced workflows using triggers, if/else logic, wait conditions, webhook triggers

Automate follow-ups for short-term and long-term nurturing

Build payment plan logic automation

Prevent duplication errors and double counting

Build strike or compliance tracking if needed

Integrate ---------- , Stripe, Shopify, Aircall, or other platforms via webhook

Dashboards & Reporting

Create executive dashboards showing:

Monthly sales target vs actual

Current deal count per rep

Down payment totals

Remaining balance totals

Close rate

Missed calls vs answered calls

Build performance tracking for sales reps

Ensure accurate forecasting

Growth Optimization

Identify system leaks in follow-up or conversion process

Recommend automation improvements to increase close rate

Suggest tagging and segmentation strategies for better remarketing

Recommend upsell and retention automation

Optimize SMS/email nurture sequences

Implement A2P compliance logic if required

Required Skills

2+ years working deeply inside GoHighLevel

Advanced workflow creation experience

Experience with inbound webhooks and API logic

Strong understanding of CRM logic and sales processes

Ability to design dashboards for leadership visibility

Experience integrating third-party tools

Strong analytical mindset

Fluent English communication

Performance Expectations

Within the first 30 days:

Audit and restructure current CRM system if needed

Optimize pipelines

Build accurate dashboards

Improve automation logic

Identify at least 3 growth opportunities

This is a long-term growth role. We want someone who thinks like an operator, not just a technician.
