???? Hiring: Full-Time Video Editor

We're looking for a talented, full-time video editor based in the Philippines to join our team and help create scroll-stopping for Instagram Reels and TikTok.

What You'll Be Doing:

Sorting through raw uploaded clips (talking head footage, B-roll, etc.) and identifying the best ---------- nts

Editing short-form vertical content that's fast-paced, engaging, and built to perform on Instagram Reels and TikTok

Adding captions, transitions, sound design, hooks, and visual effects that match current trending formats

Turning long-form or raw footage into multiple pieces of polished content

Maintaining a consistent brand look and feel across all content

What We're Looking For:

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut — whatever gets the job done at a high level (you do NOT need to be proficient in all of these, you just need to be able to produce the content in the format we are looking for here!)

Strong understanding of what performs on Instagram and TikTok right now — pacing, hooks, trends, retention strategies

Ability to take raw footage and independently create a finished product without heavy direction

Reliable, communicative, and able to meet deadlines consistently

Available for full-time hours
