Video Editor & Social Media Manager (Short-Form Specialist) — Remote (Philippines)
I’m looking for a fast, trend-aware Video Editor + Social Media Manager to support multiple UK aesthetics and skincare clinic brands using my marketing hub. You’ll turn raw content into high-performing short-form videos and help keep content consistent, modern, and engaging.
What you’ll do
Edit Reels / TikTok / YouTube Shorts from talking-head videos and B-roll
Create fast-paced, engaging cuts (strong hooks, pacing, captions, clean transitions, light graphics)
Add captions (UK English), on-screen text, sound effects, music, and simple branded elements
Repurpose long videos into multiple short clips and content variations
Spot and apply current editing trends (without making content feel gimmicky or off-brand)
Support basic social media management: scheduling, posting, light community/admin support (if needed)
What “good” looks like
You can take a basic talking-head clip and turn it into something people actually watch
You understand retention: hook, pace, pattern interrupts, and clear messaging
Your edits look polished, modern, and suited to a premium clinic audience (not overly loud or messy)
You’re proactive — you bring ideas, not just edits
Requirements
Strong short-form editing skills (portfolio required)
Confident with CapCut / Adobe Premiere / Final Cut (or similar)
Comfortable working with brand guidelines and keeping style consistent across clients
Reliable, responsive, and able to work to deadlines across multiple projects
Bonus (not essential)
Experience with beauty/aesthetics/medispa content
Basic graphic skills (Canva templates, simple thumbnails, covers)
Understanding of UK audience tone (professional, natural, ethical aesthetics)
