Position Purpose:
The Marketing & Relationship Support Coordinator helps drive visibility, deepen relationships, and position Core Strategy Partners as a trusted thought leader. This role supports marketing and business development by leading content strategy, conducting industry research, and creatively developing assets that reflect our brand. This person ensures the CEO can focus on high-value interactions by managing marketing efforts and relationship workflows with intelligence, curiosity, and creativity.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Content Research & Strategy
• Conduct industry research to surface relevant trends, insights, and timely topics.
• Identify and monitor trusted sources, curating content ideas that align with Core Strategy Partners’ focus.
• Use AI tools to brainstorm, accelerate content creation, and enhance storytelling.
Performance Expectations:
• Consistent pipeline of strategic, insight-driven content ideas and themes.
• Content supports company visibility and CEO thought leadership.
2. Creative Content Development
• Create engaging, visually appealing, and polished assets quickly using Canva and other tools.
• Draft compelling LinkedIn posts, short articles, visuals, and
• Collaborate on development of monthly or bi-monthly newsletters and lead generation content.
Performance Expectations:
• High-quality content aligned with brand voice and tone.
• Audience engagement across channels (opens, clicks, comments, shares).
3. LinkedIn Visibility & Engagement
• Manage CEO’s and company’s LinkedIn presence to strategically boost visibility.
• Schedule and publish high-impact posts that generate qualified interactions.
• Actively monitor and respond to engagement, helping turn interest into relationships.
Performance Expectations:
• Growth in relevant followers, engagement (comments, messages), and profile visibility.
• Regular insights on what content resonates and drives connections.
4. CRM & Relationship Workflow Management
• Manage relationship workflows using Pipedrive
• Ensure timely engagement with contacts and regular status updates.
• Provide CEO with weekly or bi-weekly dashboard reports on relationship health.
Performance Expectations:
• No missed follow-ups; CEO is empowered with insights and data.
• Target relationships are nurtured consistently and strategically.

• Prepare and distribute
• Segment lists, track performance, and make improvements based on metrics.

6. Report & Thought Leadership Launch Support
• Builds repeatable launch playbooks for reports

7. Website Analytics & SEO Monitoring
• Regularly review website traffic and SEO performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Track keywords, traffic trends, and provide monthly summaries with recommendations.
• Identify and implement small SEO optimizations to improve visibility, such as keyword research, internal link improvements, blog optimization, etc.
Performance Expectations:
• Monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Clear understanding of how marketing efforts impact traffic and visibility.

• Organized, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities independently.
