Production & Supply Chain Manager

We are an international trading company supplying kitchen & household products to major retailers in the Israeli market.
We work with multiple factories across China and Vietnam and manage large-scale production, quality control, and global logistics.

We are looking for a full-time Virtual Production & Supply Chain Manager to join our growing team for the long term.

This is a key position with direct communication with factories, freight forwarders, and management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily communication with factories in China & Vietnam
• Follow up on production schedules and delivery timelines
• Ensure orders move smoothly from purchase order ? production ? inspection ? shipment
• Prevent delays, mistakes, and misunderstandings
• Coordinate booking with freight forwarders
• Monitor documents (PI, packing list, BL, etc.)
• Track samples, approvals, and packaging progress
• Maintain organized reports and order follow-up files
• Support problem solving when production or logistics issues arise

Requirements

• Proven experience in production / supply chain / sourcing
• Must have experience working with Chinese factories
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and export procedures
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Looking for a long-term position in a growing international company

Experience in kitchen & household products is an advantage, but not mandatory.
