Travel Virtual Assistant (Itineraries, Bookings & Social Media Support)

About the Role

Hi, I’m Tara Katims, founder of See You At The Airport, a boutique travel company specializing in curated individual trips, group travel, and luxury experiences.

I’m looking for a highly detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support itinerary organization, booking management, and monthly social media operations.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and being behind the scenes of a growing travel brand.

Responsibilities
?? Travel Operations & Itineraries

Organize and build client itineraries in Axus

Upload confirmations (flights, hotels, transfers, activities)

Assist with booking flights and excursions (training provided if needed)

Double-check all booking details for accuracy (names, dates, timing, locations)

Track payment deadlines and confirmations

Maintain organized Google Drive client folders

Communicate proactively if discrepancies arise

Attention to detail is critical — errors in travel bookings are not acceptable.

Organize monthly content calendar

Schedule Instagram and TikTok content

Format captions and assist with hashtag research

Upload and organize short-form video content

Track monthly analytics

Repurpose existing travel content efficiently

Requirements

Excellent written and spoken English

Strong organizational skills

Extremely detail-oriented

Comfortable using Google Workspace

Experience with itinerary platforms (Axus preferred but not required)

Travel booking experience is a strong plus

Social media organization experience preferred

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Hours & Compensation

10–20 hours per week to start

Long-term opportunity with room to grow

Flexible schedule with some CST overlap

Competitive hourly rate based on experience
