Healthcare Recruiter

We are hiring a Healthcare VA Recruiter to support travel nurse and direct hire healthcare placements across the United States.

This is a structured, production-focused role. Success is measured by daily output, submission quality, and system accuracy.

Core Objective
Produce qualified candidate submissions that convert to placements.

What You’ll Do
• Source qualified healthcare candidates based on active job orders
• Conduct initial screening calls or meaningful two-way conversations
• Prepare submission-ready candidates
• Clean and format resumes
• Maintain accurate ATS and CRM records
• Follow up consistently until candidates are submission-ready
• Submit daily activity reports

Performance Expectations
This is a metrics-driven role with clear daily and weekly benchmarks.
You will be measured on:
• Sourcing volume
• Screening activity
• Submission quality
• Data accuracy and system compliance
This role includes a structured 90-day performance evaluation period. Continued employment is based on meeting performance standards.

Compensation
• $3 per hour during 90-day probation
• $5 per hour after successful completion of probation
Performance bonuses available based on submissions, placements, and retention milestones.
High performers earn significantly more through structured bonus incentives tied directly to results.

Required Skills
• Strong sourcing accuracy and role matching
• Basic Boolean search understanding
• Clear and professional English communication, written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow structured workflows
• Comfort working with daily metrics
Healthcare recruiting experience is required.
