we are an e-commerce brand creating high-performing short-form ad creatives for products in the gaming/tactical toy niche.
we’re hiring a creative researcher/scriptwriter to help us produce winning ad concepts every week.
role overview
-you will research high-performing content patterns and write scripts for short-form ads.
-this is a performance-focused creative role, not a generic content writing role.
your weekly deliverables will include:
-50 potential hooks researched
-25 short ad scripts (each with a unique hook)
-5–10 unique “body” concept angles (content meat)
-3–5 CTA variations
estimated workload: 8–12 hours per week
responsibilities
-research winning hooks, angles, and creative formats from approved sources/tools
-write clear, engaging, conversion-focused short-form scripts
-create multiple unique variations (hooks, body concepts, CTAs)
-follow our script framework and formatting SOP
-submit work on-time each week
-revise scripts based on feedback when needed
required skills
-strong written english
-proven short-form scriptwriting ability (ads or organic performance content)
-understands retention + conversion (not just “nice writing”)
-can write fast without losing quality
-organized and reliable with deadlines
-open to coaching and iterative improvement
preferred (nice to have)
-experience writing for tiktok, reels, youtube shorts, or meta ads
-direct-response copywriting experience
-experience in gaming, tactical, or male-dominant niches
-familiarity with tools for ad research/creative analysis
compensation
-$100–$200/week, depending on experience and output quality
-growth opportunity into long-term role with higher pay tiers
