We're a family-owned jewelry store in downtown Los Angeles looking for a native Spanish speaker to make follow-up phone calls to warm leads who have already expressed interest in our products through Instagram.
This is NOT cold calling. Every person you call has already messaged us asking about jewelry — chains, pendants, rings, custom pieces. Your job is to call them, have a short friendly conversation, and encourage them to visit the store in person.
What you'll do every day:
- Log into our CRM (GoHighLevel) and check your assigned leads
- Call 10-20 warm leads per day (each call is 60-90 seconds)
- Follow a simple call script — greet them, reference what they were looking at, invite them to visit the store
- Try to get a specific day they plan to visit
- Log the outcome of each call in the CRM (we'll train you on this)
- Send a quick follow-up text if they don't answer
What we're looking for:
- Native Spanish speaker (this is required — all calls are in Spanish)
- Friendly, natural phone manner — you should sound like someone who works at the store, not a telemarketer
- Reliable and consistent — we need calls made every business day, no exceptions
- Comfortable using basic software (we'll provide full video training on our CRM)
- Previous experience in sales calling, appointment setting, or customer service is a plus but not required
What you DON'T need to worry about:
- You won't be closing sales on the phone
- You won't need to know jewelry pricing or technical details
- You won't be handling complaints or customer service issues
We'll provide:
- Complete video training on the CRM and call process
- A detailed SOP document with scripts and examples
- Ongoing support and feedback
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM Pacific Time (3 hours/day). Can be flexible on exact hours as long as calls happen during our store hours (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM PT).
This is a long-term position for the right person. We want someone reliable who can grow with us.
