We are a fast-growing private label brand in the stained glass industry. We manufacture and sell specialized tools and materials on Amazon and are scaling aggressively.
Our goal is to increase product launches from 15 per year to 40+ per year.
We already have:
Graphic team
Copywriter
Established suppliers
Existing Amazon presence
What we are missing is strong operational ownership and structured execution.
Role Overview
We are hiring an Amazon Product Launch & Operations Manager to own the entire product pipeline from idea to live launch.
This is not a task-based VA role.
You will be responsible for building the systems, tracking progress, removing bottlenecks, and ensuring products move through the pipeline efficiently and on schedule.
This role requires:

You will not be micromanaged. You will be expected to take initiative and drive outcomes.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain a structured product launch dashboard
Create and document repeatable launch SOPs
Manage timelines from sourcing ? production ? listing ? launch
Coordinate with graphic and copy teams to meet launch deadlines
Oversee listing uploads (flat files, variations, backend keywords)
Use Brand Analytics and Amazon data to guide launch decisions
Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
Create measurable KPIs for tea
Ensure a minimum of 3–4 products go live per month
Monitor and evaluate first 30 days post-launch performance
Required Experience
Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
Direct experience launching private label products at scale
Strong working knowledge of:
Brand Analytics
Flat file uploads
Variation structures
Inventory forecasting
FBA workflows
Experience building dashboards or managing launch pipelines
Strong documentation and process development skills

Compensation & Growth
This position starts part-time (20–25 hours per week).
Starting rate for the first 60–90 days:
$7–8 per hour
After demonstrated performance, structured system development, and measurable launch execution, compensation increases to:
$10–12 per hour
Additional performance-based incentives will be tied to product launches and growth metrics.
