The Opportunity

We’re hiring Senior Accountants to anchor our growing Philippine team. You will be fluent with preparing Group Financial Statements and Tax Work from the start to finish, including client communication - in return for this we would like to assist you with an industry leading salary, quarterly team events and bi-annual christmas parties in Australia.

What you’ll do

Prepare end of financial year income tax and group work from start to finish (submitted directly to AU Manager and Partners)

Prepare and review BAS/IAS

Support tax planning, CGT events, Div 7A, PSI, small-business concessions, and basic restructuring steps with manager oversight

Workflow & deadlines: Drive jobs through Karbon, manage budgets and WIP, and keep stakeholders informed

Continuous improvement: Help refine checklists, automation and SOPs across Xero/Karbon

What you’ll bring

5+ years in Australian public practice (mandatory)

Strong technical ability across: BAS/IAS, year-end financials, company/trust/individual returns, GST/FBT, and working knowledge of CGT & Div 7A

Proven competency with Xero (and/or MYOB) and Karbon (or similar workflow tools)

Excellent written and verbal communication; clear review notes and client-friendly explanations

High attention to detail, ownership of deadlines, and a collaborative mindset

Applications without prior Australian tax experience can’t be considered. Minimum 5 years AU tax is required; senior candidates typically have 5+ years.
