Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly proactive Social Media Manager to own and scale GeniusPR’s company and CEO social presence across Twitter (X), LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels.
This role is execution-heavy and strategy-aware. You will not just post — you will manage narrative positioning, engagement strategy, and content distribution.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Publishing
Schedule and publish posts across Twitter (X), LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit


Repurpose long-form content (case studies, interviews, articles) into short-form posts


Coordinate AI video assets and clipping content with internal editors


Maintain content calendar and publishing cadence


Growth & Distribution
Manage organic growth strategy (hashtags, positioning, engagement loops)


Coordinate boosted posts and paid amplification when needed


Monitor analytics and optimize for engagement, not vanity metrics


Support content distribution strategy


Community & Engagement
Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions


Engage strategically with founders, KOLs, and ecosystem accounts


Identify high-performing threads and trends to participate in


Reporting
Weekly performance reports (engagement, growth, reach, conversions)


Suggest improvements based on data


Requirements
Strong understanding of Web3, crypto, and AI ecosystem


Experience managing Twitter and LinkedIn for a brand or founder


Strong copywriting skills (clear, sharp, non-corporate tone)


Comfortable working with AI tools (ChatGPT, AI video tools, schedulers, etc.)


Highly organized and self-managed
Nice to Have
Experience in crypto PR or growth marketing


Experience managing founder personal brands


Familiarity with Reddit growth strategies


Understanding of flywheel content strategy
