JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a reliable, detail-driven Administrative Coordinator to support a fast-moving education services team. This role is for someone who can run core admin work independently, communicate with warmth and professionalism, and keep multiple priorities organized without constant re-teaching.

What you’ll do
Manage inbox and respond to parents, teachers, and partners with clear, human, professional communication
Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple projects/locations
Maintain accurate records in Google Drive (Docs/Sheets), including logs, checklists, and weekly status updates
Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and reminders (staff, families, partners)
Support program operations: registrations, basic troubleshooting, and routing issues to the right person
Create simple SOPs/checklists so work is repeatable and nothing gets missed
Flag issues early and propose solutions (not just report problems)

What we’re looking for
1+ year experience in admin, operations, or coordinator work (education/nonprofit a plus)
Strong writing skills: you can sound calm, helpful, and natural (not robotic)
Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and switching contexts quickly
Confident with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Uses AI tools responsibly (optional): drafts are fine, but you verify details and keep a human voice

Nice to have
Experience supporting families/customers (email + phone)
Familiarity with task boards/CRMs (Trello/Asana/Notion or similar)

To apply
Send your resume to ---------- and answer these 3 questions:
1. How do you track tasks so nothing gets dropped?
2. When you’re learning a new process, how do you document it so you don’t need to be re-taught?
3. Give me an example of a time you improved a process and saved time each week. What changed and what was the impact?
