We are growing rapidly and looking for someone who can help scale visibility, grow the right audience, and convert followers into paid clients across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

To grow our social media presence strategically, attract aligned professionals, increase engagement, and convert followers into qualified leads and paid clients.

This role is NOT just about posting content. It is about growth, authority positioning, and conversion.

???? Key Responsibilities

1?? Content Strategy & Positioning

Develop a 90-day growth strategy

Align content with business goals (challenge ? mastery ? premium)

Identify high-converting content themes

2?? Platform Growth (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)

Grow targeted followers (financial professionals, leaders)

Execute engagement strategy daily

Identify trending formats & opportunities

Optimize posting schedule & content formats

3?? Lead Generation & Conversion

Develop DM funnel strategy

Turn engagement into booked calls

Monitor inbound leads and improve flow

Suggest improvements to lead magnets and CTA strategy

4?? Analytics & Optimisation

Track weekly performance metrics:

Follower growth

Engagement rate

DMs

Booked calls

Provide strategic insights, not just reports

Recommend improvements based on data
