QBO Virtual Bookkeeper

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Virtual Bookkeeper to support a growing business based in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Issue client invoices against approved POs
Track receivables and follow up on outstanding payments
Process and record vendor payments
Maintain accurate bookkeeping for multiple operating entities
Perform bank and account reconciliations
Prepare financial reports and keep books up to date
Handle VAT compliance and filings (UAE + multi-country)
Coordinate with external accountants and auditors when required

Requirements:

Proven bookkeeping experience
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and experience with multi-country VAT filings
Experience using QuickBooks Online
Solid understanding of invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
