Regional Sales Manager /Area Sales Manager
Ø Location: Philippines

What You'll Do:
Ø Build and nurture strategic partnerships with distributors, public/private hospitals, and clinics; share actionable market insights with HQ to drive smooth sales operations.
Ø Identify and capitalize on business opportunities with potential local distributors and key medical institutions.
Ø Achieve monthly sales targets and collaborate with HQ to develop phase-specific sales strategies.
Ø Oversee after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What We're Looking For:
Ø Extensive experience in the hemodialysis industry or a robust network of relevant local stakeholders.
Ø Bachelor's degree in English, International Trade, Biology, Medical Sciences, or related fields.
Ø Fluent English, exceptional communication/presentation skills, and a self-driven, results-oriented attitude.
Ø Local citizenship.
