WordPress Designer & Developer (Figma-to-WP)

Role Overview
Our agency is looking for a WordPress Designer & Developer who lives at the intersection of high-end UI/UX and clean technical implementation. You won't just be "tweaking templates," you will be responsible for designing bespoke digital experiences in Figma and translating them into high-performance WordPress websites.

The Agency Workflow

Discovery & Strategy: Distill client goals into visual concepts.
Design: Build comprehensive, responsive prototypes in Figma.
Development: Develop the approved design into a pixel-perfect WordPress site.
Launch: Ensure SEO readiness, speed optimization, and client handoff.

Technical Stack & Requirements

Design: Mastery of Figma (Auto-layout, components, and prototyping are essential).
Development: Expert-level experience with Elementor Pro or custom block-based development.
Web Standards: Deep understanding of CSS/HTML and responsive design principles.
Optimization: Proven ability to hit Google Core Web Vitals (speed, accessibility, and SEO structure).
Agency Experience: Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
